Chelsea Parmer
Owner/Stylist
Im Chelsea, and I am the owner of Bloom Salon! I have always had a passion for hair ever since I can remember. Hair has the power to make us feel beautiful, and that's why I've devoted my professional life to the salon industry. I have been a Stylist since 2017 and in 2023 decided it was my time to open up BLOOM! I specialize in many different services including Hair, Lashes and Spray Tanning! My passion truly lies in Blonding services, Hair Extensions, and Brazilian Blowouts! Outside of the Salon Life I enjoy hanging with my Husband (Jon) and Son (Jax) with our 4 Dogs Peanut Butter, Hazel, Cisco and Nova. One of my favorite things to do on a beautiful day is go for rides with my husband on his motorcycle. During the chillier months I enjoy sitting around the fire with family and friends with a nice glass of wine!
Gabrielle (Gabi) Gilbert

Hi, I’m Gabrielle! I’m a licensed cosmetologist and Certified Balayage Master with a passion for creating hair that looks beautiful, feels effortless, and fits your everyday life. I specialize in lived-in blondes, dimensional brunettes, gray blending, and customized color that grows out seamlessly!
When I’m not behind the chair, I’m usually spending time with my husband and our two daughters, tackling a new home project, or exploring new places with my family. Building genuine relationships with my clients is one of my favorite parts of this career, and I’m so grateful to do what I love every day! I can’t wait to see you in my chair at Bloom!

Hey There! Mandi Here! I really love working in a salon atmosphere and meeting new people and hearing new stories. I'm a sappy gal who loves a good Love Story! I love cutting hair and a good balayage! Im well versed in many different color and cutting techniques. But what do I love when I'm not in the salon playing with hair? I am married and raising two boys with the man I love! My family and friends are very important to me, Girl weekends are one of my favorite getaways! If I'm not running my youngest to baseball you can usually catch me with my eldest bonding over long talks and music! Summer is my fav season, put me by the water and in the sun I'm in my happy place! All in all I'm just a sappy gal who can't wait to meet you!

Well hello there! Lexii here, I am a vibrant, spunky, part time stylist here at Bloom Salon. I specialize in bold, vivid colors and precision haircuts. I am recently married to my amazing Husband Travis. When I'm not in the Salon you can find me at the hospital helping patients as my other part time gig. I am told I have quirky personality and warm energy, I love making every appointment fun and memorable. Outside of the work, I treasure time with my family and and adding anique flair to life - both behind the chair and beyond!
